WELCOME
This blog follows both my personal and professional life, featuring my children, photography jobs, and of course, my love for animals. It's basically my own personal photo album combined with an information source for my current and potential clients. This site is very informal and allows me to share a little bit of my personality with you. :)
I'm not sure what tomorrow is going to bring. I will try and post day 3 of our trip, but my sweet little Kenyon is getting his tonsils out at 8:15 tomorrow morning, so I might be really busy just being a mommy tomorrow...Wish him luck!!! I feel like I have been fighting the battle to have his tonsils removed and finally it's happening, but of course I am feeling all kinds of emotions today...I know he will be okay, but it still doesn't mean I won't worry...that's my job right? Mommy loves you Kenyon!
So on Day two, we drove from Ashton to West Yellowstone and went to the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center. The kids loved it. The wolves had only been there for about a month from the wild so they were really interested in the kids. It was actually interesting how they preyed in on the kids. They definitely realized that they were the weaker of our species. Every time Hailey came close to them they lowered their heads and came right up to the window. We went to lunch at a little restaurant called Kiwi's and it was awesome...the lady was from New Zealand and made me a really yummy roast beef and mushroom sandwich with chipotle ranch dressing. We spent a lot of time at the hotel swimming with the kids and then went to dinner at an okay Saloon/Eatery called Bullwinkles...then we crashed. ENJOY!
Stay tuned for day three...
Okay...so on sunday, we left for our family road trip. On day one we went from Syracuse, through Logan then to Highway 89 up to the entrance of Teton National Park in Jackson Hole. The scenery was amazing...ENJOY!

The famous arches of Jackson Hole...

Aren't the Trumpeter Swans beautiful?!

The Elk at the refuge in Jackson...

I was playing dress up with Hailey at the wildlife museum in Jackson

The backside of the Tetons...we drove over these babies and I was going nuts...I am soooo afraid of heights!
